Orders

We try to ensure that as many items as possible on the website are available from stock. However, if an item is not in stock, we undertake to e-mail you within two working days to advise of stock status and despatch details.

Despatch

• Items in stock will normally be shipped within two working days.
• The availability of items not in stock is variable depending upon the source.
• We will endeavour to provide you with accurate delivery information based upon previous experience and information supplied to us.

Postage – Australia

• Postage is calculated on weight, dimensions and destination as per Australia Post charges.
• Deliveries within Australia are sent by Australia Post unless requested otherwise.
• Orders sent by Australia Post generally take 5 to 7 working days.  If you require your order sooner than this, you can request express post which takes 2 days to most locations in Australia.
• Elements of Health takes no responsibility for any items loss or damaged or any delay that occurs during Australia Post shipping if you have not requested insurance for your order.
• Items shipped with Australia post cannot be tracked after despatch unless you request registered post at time of ordering.
• Express post and Registered Post including insurance are available – please request when you complete your order.

Postage – International

• Deliveries outside Australia are sent by airmail. We are happy to advise you of the cost prior to shipping – please ask.
• Delivery time varies depending upon your location. An estimate will be given to you when the order is confirmed.

Payment

• Website purchases are by credit card and bank transfer. Credit card payments are accepted through a secure on-line facility.  Bank details are at the checkout.
• Your order will be shipped once your payment has arrived at our bank.
• If you would prefer to pay by cheque or money order, please email us.

Replacements & Refunds

• Please choose books and other items carefully as we do not exchange or refund unless they are damaged or faulty.
• For hygiene/quality reasons, once we have despatched kits, homeopathic remedies, creams, neti pots and ear candles we are unable to replace or refund unless the contents are incorrect or goods are damaged.
• Please advise us within 7 days of receipt of any claims, error, damage or discrepancy. No returns will be processed without an authorization number from Elements of Health.
• If you wish to request a return for either refund or replacement, please e-mail melanie@elementsofhealth.com.au.
• Replacement of items and refunds are given at the discretion of Elements of Health. we operate to the following guidelines:
              a) Refunds/credits apply to the cost of the item only.  We do not refund postage paid.
              b) After 10 days the level of refund may be reduced.
              c) After 30 days all orders are final, and refunds are not applicable.
  
• Cost of returns will be borne by Elements of Health only where the error is on our behalf, in which case return postage cost will be included in refund/credit.
• Goods must be re-packed carefully for return and the package must include our email with return number, your invoice number, name, contact information as well as why the goods are being returned.
• Orders for homeopathics which are cancelled prior to shipment will incur a restocking charge on individually prepared items such as single/bulk remedies. 

Privacy

• Credit card payments are accepted through our secure shopping cart.
• Your credit card number is not stored after payment is processed.
• Your email details will only be used by Elements of Health for providing you with information about new items or to send out our newsletter. Please advise if you do not wish to receive mail from us.
• We do not provide any of your details to other companies or individuals.
