Behind every action is a thought!

Behind every action, there is a thought!

Every one of us knows what the statement says and but do you realise what it means?

If we decide to move or do something then before we do we must have a thought that drives our body to perform the move.

All this is obvious stuff and you do not need a scientist to explain the process.

Now if you take the next step and apply that principle to your expanding awareness or what we call the Life Path. then whenever we choose a path or direction the same thing applies, but with one distinct difference!

When our awareness begins to expand we no longer are this physical being having a spiritual experience; we become the spiritual being having a physical experience and at the same time on a course to transcend our physicality.

In that thought space, the Divine or Spirit begins to recognise your awakening and extends grace toward you, supporting and encouraging your next step.

At the same time as grace descends, the free will that you have always had and is still there is active in what takes place next. This can often be why the spiritual path can be seen a place of turmoil, especially when other people are involved, i.e. partners, family etc.

Let me offer you a scenario…

If in your life you decide, for whatever reason, you would like to have a partner then you would extend your thoughts to the possibility of making that happen. All well and good so far!

What we now need to be aware of is the quality of thought we should apply to making the partner fit our image and become an enhancement to our Path and not a distraction or hindrance. But at the same time, we need to be aware of the skeletons in the closet that we may not have owned up to or even become aware of!

Being clear about what your intentions require is absolutely key when it comes to the life path, for if we ask for something but at the back of our mind we desire something else that may conflict. Then the energy becomes confused and possibly stalls, waiting for some further confirmation.

I thought I should also clarify that I do not go along with anything being predestined or pre-ordained and certainly not when someone else tells you that is the case. Your life is a stage to play out all of your possibilities, and you always have the choice as to what part and which character you play.

Just remember that you do enter into an incarnation with an agenda, but it is up to you as to how you play it out.

Dean Creedy has been a spiritual seeker for over 40 years and has had a focus on the path of the yogic traditions for nearly 25. He was drawn to the mystical and metaphysical side of the Indian and Eastern traditions, gaining deeper understanding through the grace of teachers and masters upon the path. In 2003 he became part of these traditions by initiation and adopting and embracing his spiritual name.
Dean trained to become a yoga teacher in India and Perth, Western Australia and from the turn of the new millennium offered regular classes, workshops and retreats, covering all aspects of yogic life.
In 2007 Dean and Melanie were drawn to a tree change in Southern Tasmania, creating an environment where they could achieve a deeper understanding of their respected fields and paths.
Dean’s approach to the spiritual path and all the pitfalls and challenges is a practical and grounded one, sidestepping the often airy nature of current trends, and always looking for balance in all things.
