We all need time to relax and centre ourselves and a space to explore our past, present and future.
These guided meditations are narrated by Dean, who many of you will know as the Elements of Health dispensary manager and master essence maker.
Dean has a whole other life outside of our homeopathy business!
What you may not know is that Dean has been a spiritual seeker of awesomeness for some 40 years. What Dean doesn’t know about the spiritual path, tantra, religion, magic, yoga, shamanism and all things out there and interesting is probably not worth knowing.
Dean has been a Reiki Master since 1995 and trained as a yoga teacher in India and Australia. He was also a teacher of yoga teachers with Friends in Yoga in Perth, before our tree change to Tasmania in 2007.
Looking for inspiration in yoga and wanting to combine fully the physical and spiritual aspects, Dean introduced Vinyasa Yoga to our Australian classes in 2001, bringing in a soul-centred and meditative focus with music, asana and meditation.
Dean is an amazing yoga teacher, who was greatly admired during our years teaching Vinyasa Yoga in Perth. All of our yoga students told us Dean had “the meditation voice”!
So here are three guided meditations we produced for our yoga students to use outside of class. We hope you find them relaxing, centering, a place to create sacred space and, overall, useful in your life.

Are you stressed, anxious and always trying to fit things into a busy life? This seems to be the way for many people.
During my years of teaching yoga and meditation, I created a few deeply relaxing and powerful audio tracks, that I would like you to have to help soothe your day and to help you sleep better at night.
The first track – Time to Relax – is a general relaxation theme, best used when you are anxious or unwinding from the day.
Track two – Heal your Karma – is to reprogram your mind and to sow the seeds for the life you know you are deserving of. This is more powerful and deeply acting and should only be listened to when you are rested and available to change.
Track three is a Yoga Nidra lasting approx 40 minutes, and again is very deeply acting to bring control of your life.
Yoga Nidra literally means “sleep of the yogi” or “psychic sleep”. I recommend that you listen to this in the morning on waking and last thing at night, for 1-2 weeks.
Obviously any practice involving these meditations is better than doing nothing at all, so try them and feel what suits you best.
The only warning is not to listen to these while driving or operating machinery!
