Clear selection

Created almost 20 years ago, our Labour Drops contain gentle homeopathics and vibrational essences to ease symptoms of pain, fatigue, the emotions associated with childbirth and to facilitate recovery.

The vibrational essences will help to soothe, centre and support you through the process.

Especially useful if you don’t have a birthing partner familiar with homeopathy but you want to support your labour naturally!

Labour Drops can be used throughout the labour and will carry you through the first few days following the birth until the bleeding and after-pains subside.

Would also be supportive during and after an elective caesarean.

What’s in the Combination?

Arnica, a common birthing remedy, is included in the combination for healing, bleeding, bruising and general recovery, and can be followed with Arnica 30c as a single remedy once Labour Drops are no longer required.

Calendula is a useful inclusion in the event of an episiotomy, tear or other intervention for mum or bub.

Kali Phos is helpful for fatigue.

Mag Phos is included for pain relief.

S.O.S. (our version of Rescue Remedy) and the essences support the emotions of childbirth.

Bay Leaf, Chalice Well Water, Rose Vibrational Essences are included to soothe, centre and support you through the process. They may also help negate the influences of a hospital birth and perhaps things not going according to plan.

How to take your Labour Drops

We recommend starting your Labour Drops as soon as possible after onset of labour and continuing through to a few days after the birth, as the remedies are all supportive in this time-frame.

  • Add to a water glass or water bottle and sip as required through the labour and on day one.
  • Take 3 or 4 x a day for up to one week after the delivery.
  • Once the bleeding has stopped, if you still are a bit sore, you could continue with the single remedy Arnica 30c.

Other remedies may be required during or after the birth and these may be purchased separately if required.

I took Labour Drops frequently through a very long and hard labour. The number of times I requested a dose from my husband is testament to their calming ability! I also took them after birth to help with bruising and had a very quick recovery as a result. Recommended to any expectant mother looking for a comprehensive support remedy.
