Yoga Nidra is a traditional practice from the yoga tradition, literally meaning “sleep of the yogi” or “psychic sleep”. This is a deep, extended relaxation practice.
This relaxation lasts approx 40 minutes and with regular use will bring control and calm to your life.
Dean recommends that you listen to this in the morning on waking and last thing at night, for 1-2 weeks.
