Description

This is traditionally a remedy used for coughs which are dry, barking and spasmodic.

The cough may be quite bad and the patient may hold their chest while coughing, as it can be painful.

There may be vomiting from the cough, it may be worse for eating and it is often worse at night when they lay down.

 

Always seek medical assistance in an emergency and for a fever in a child under 6 months old.
