We’ve called this eclectic (but we think super-useful selection) of high vibrational remedies our “Emotional Support Kit”.

It’s a collection aimed at helping us all get through the ups and downs of modern life and it fits a variety of situations where emotions might run high.

High Vibe Remedies

All of these high vibe remedies and essences – call them what you will – vibrate at a high frequency, so will tap into the mental, emotional and spiritual level, all of which are impacted when emotions run high.

From needing support when you or a loved one feels overwhelmed, something to lean on during a major life transition or to get through a particular event which needs stamina and resilience, we’ve got you covered.

And if it’s support for a first day at school or a new job, performance anxiety or exam stress (which can happen at any age), and/or loss of sleep from all of the above, that’s covered too!

We think we’ve thought of most of the things you might need in the first instance for heightened stress, an emotional meltdown, “school/work can’t”, bullying and just to help kids and adults feel reassured about life and move through change.

Who is it aimed at?

The remedies are suitable for all ages, so useful for school kids, teens, adults, and of course babies and fur kids can benefit too.

All the remedies can all be used during pregnancy and while nursing due to the low-risk nature of homeopathics and the way they are made, but if in doubt check with your healthcare professional.

What’s in the pack?

We’ve included AAA 200c (for anxiety and stress), which is a standard and traditional homeopathic combination. This has been a great support from Covid onwards for all ages.

When we did our brainstorming, we realised we couldn’t leave AAA out as it’s been so useful for people who just don’t know what to do with themselves emotionally and who feel like they may be losing it with fear, anxiety or stress.

Plus we’ve included Sweet Dreams, one of our best selling products from the WyldChyld Essences range, to bring peaceful, restful sleep when stress or anxiety is high.

We’ve also included SOS (for Life’s Little Dramas) which is super useful when you really don’t know what to give if someone is having a meltdown, panic attack or after an accident. Similar to Bach Rescue Remedy but for the 21st Century, this is also potentised to a higher frequency for the times and energies we are currently living in and through.

In addition we’ve included I-Clear, again from the WyldChyld Essences range, which is so useful for those people who are sensitive to wi-fi and EMR (electro-magnetic radiation) in the classroom or who react after a day in the shopping centre, at work or gaming for too long!

We maybe don’t realise it, but we all suffer from too much screen time and it can affect the emotions and stress levels.

While our WyldChyld and Soul Harmonics Essences are usually dispensed in drops, we’ve made up the remedies for this pack in pilules for ease of use and to enable easy transportation. No one wants liquids leaking through a handbag or pocket!

They can be taken directly in the mouth, crushed for small babies, or dropped in a water bottle for ease of administration during the school or work day, eg I-Clear for EMRs.

High Potency Vibrational Essence

• AAA 200c – Anxiety & Stress; useful for times when fear or anxiety take over and things are quite intense, perhaps during times of life or work stress. This is a high potency homeopathic, but we’ve slipped it in because it’s so useful in emotionally challenging times.
• Balance – helps integrate the heart and mind to bring balance to your day, your life and your relationships.
• Grounding – heightened emotions, too much  media exposure, too much wifi and similar, can lift us out of our base and make us feel out of control.
• Resilience – when times are tough and things are challenging, we can all do with some extra strength, courage and resilience.
• Transitions – Transitions happen to all of us in life. When they take us to dark places, leaving us feeling chaotic, trapped and stuck, we may need support.
• SOS (for Life’s Little Dramas) – for when you don’t know what to give for emotions, meltdowns and similar. Save our Sanity, Save our Souls!

From our WyldChyld Essences range

• I-Clear – support for over-exposure and sensitivity to EMRs, screen time, wi-fi in the classroom/workplace, from 5G, mobile phones, etc.
• Sweet Dreams – for difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep during times of stress.
• My Bubble – for those who are very sensitive, empathic and who have trouble being in the world.
• Wyld Inside – for individuals who get irritable, frustrated, angry and don’t know where to direct it. Often worse if they are tired and/or hungry!

Dosage for Remedies

These notes are a general guide.

Homeopathy is not an exact science and while we can offer general suggestions as to how to give the remedies, each case will be a little different in terms of how often a remedy may be required to bring about improvement.

With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.

Do read the individual directions on each product (both on the label and in the How to Use in the product description) to ascertain whether usage differs to the suggestions here.

Drops

Our products are made up according to traditional homeopathic pharmacy protocols and include a small amount of pure alcohol as a preservative.  You can read the FAQ here on alcohol in remedies.

For newborns,  if you do not wish to put the drops in the mouth, you may apply to the soles of the foot or the top of the head. You can also purchase drops and add a spray top to your order, so that you can spray the remedy onto the soles of the feet. The remedy will work just as well whichever way you use it.

Babies under 6 months – 1 drop or 1 spray

Babies 6-12 months       – 2 drops or 1 spray

12 months and above   – 4 drops

Organic German Sucrose

Give 1 or 2 pilules per dose regardless of age.

Crush between 2 clean teaspoons if you are giving to a baby and you are uncomfortable with giving whole.

Sometimes the pilules can look wet. This is due to the nature of the organic sucrose. The alcohol – which is the remedy applied to the pilules – will evaporate off as you use your remedies. They should not stick together and this does not affect the effect of the remedies.

Homeopathy is about quality, not quantity!

Tissue Salts

If you have selected a single tissue salt remedy or a combination, the general suggestion is to take three times a day for up to three months (as per Dr Schuessler’s advice). However, we would expect you would see improvement much sooner than this, likely as soon as a couple of weeks.  If you have taken for one month with no obvious difference, choose another tissue salt or consult your homeopath.

Bottle Sizes

10g pilules: approximately 110 pilules

30ml drops: approximately 120 doses at 4 drops per dose

50ml drops: approximately 200 doses at 4 drops per doses

The dose for your Harmonic is generally 7 drops but it’s not set in stone.

You can take the drops straight on the tongue, put into a water bottle and sip, or rub onto the crown of the head, pulse spots, soles of the feet, etc.

Don’t be concerned if you find yourself working through the whole set. We all have much work to do and you will know what is appropriate and when. Embrace the process.

Keep a diary! It can be insightful to see what happens with the Soul Harmonics.
