I Don’t Know

Description

I Don’t Know . . .

Helps me see more clearly what to do

“I Don’t Know” is the only one of our WyldChyld Essences that doesn’t come with a totally positive slant. That’s because sometimes life isn’t like that and you’re left feeling like you really don’t know what to do next!

This essence is great for when you don’t quite know what’s wrong and you don’t know what to do about it or you have to make a decision and need some insight and support.

“I Don’t Know” will help you see more clearly what’s going on and allow you to take the next step.

Dosage for Remedies

These notes are a general guide.

Homeopathy is not an exact science and while we can offer general suggestions as to how to give the remedies, each case will be a little different in terms of how often a remedy may be required to bring about improvement.

With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.

Do read the individual directions on each product (both on the label and in the How to Use in the product description) to ascertain whether usage differs to the suggestions here.

Drops

Our products are made up according to traditional homeopathic pharmacy protocols and include a small amount of pure alcohol as a preservative.  You can read the FAQ here on alcohol in remedies.

For newborns,  if you do not wish to put the drops in the mouth, you may apply to the soles of the foot or the top of the head. You can also purchase drops and add a spray top to your order, so that you can spray the remedy onto the soles of the feet. The remedy will work just as well whichever way you use it.

Babies under 6 months – 1 drop or 1 spray

Babies 6-12 months       – 2 drops or 1 spray

12 months and above   – 4 drops

Organic German Sucrose

Give 1 or 2 pilules per dose regardless of age.

Crush between 2 clean teaspoons if you are giving to a baby and you are uncomfortable with giving whole.

Sometimes the pilules can look wet. This is due to the nature of the organic sucrose. The alcohol – which is the remedy applied to the pilules – will evaporate off as you use your remedies. They should not stick together and this does not affect the effect of the remedies.

Homeopathy is about quality, not quantity!

Creams

All our creams are suitable for vegans, due to the way we make them and the based we use.

Directions for Use

Tissue Salts

If you have selected a single tissue salt remedy or a combination, the general suggestion is to take three times a day for up to three months (as per Dr Schuessler’s advice). However, we would expect you would see improvement much sooner than this, likely as soon as a couple of weeks.  If you have taken for one month with no obvious difference, choose another tissue salt or consult your homeopath.

Bottle Sizes

10g pilules: approximately 110 pilules

30ml drops: approximately 120 doses at 4 drops per dose

50ml drops: approximately 200 doses at 4 drops per doses

Our homeopathic remedies and kits are suitable for the management of self-limiting and minor ailments and illnesses and not for the home treatment of chronic, ongoing or serious conditions or named diseases. For any ongoing chronic condition, it is important to be assessed or examined by your healthcare professional or specialist. If in doubt as to the appropriateness of a product to a particular situation, consult your health care practitioner, GP or Emergency Department.

Always seek medical advice in emergencies. Use only as directed. Always read the label or information supplied. If symptoms persist see your health care practitioner.

The comment we have received most often about our essences is how powerful they are.

We therefore suggest that you start out with a single dose of 7 drops and see what effect it has before you start to give on a regular basis.

Let your child choose their essence themselves where appropriate. Not only is this the most accurate way of choosing an essence, it can provide insight into what is going on for them.

Feel free to take them yourself. We are all children at heart and we are often working with issues from childhood. If you resonate with an essence, try it!

Essences can be given to any age and can be used during pregnancy if you want to start work before baby arrives!

Dose

The dose for your essence is 7 drops (1 pilule per dose if you’ve bought one of our kits).

For small children you can reduce the dose to 2 or 3 drops.

Take drops straight on the tongue, put into a water bottle or rub onto the crown of the head, pulse spots, soles of the feet wherever you feel inclined to use them.

Give a single dose and wait a day or two before dosing regularly if the individual is sensitive or reactive.

Don’t be concerned if you find your child (or yourself) working through the whole set. We all have much work to do and you will know what is appropriate and when. Embrace the process.

Keep a diary! It can be insightful for you as a parent and for your healthcare practitioner to see what happens with the essences.

While you could combine essences, they are not designed to be used in this way as they are complete in themselves . . . but don’t take my word for it!
