We all want to do the best we can to support our kids and these days that seems to be more challenging than ever before.
So many children experience separation anxiety and general anxiety or are hypersensitive, and while there are many lovely tools you can use, we wanted to offer something a little different.
Sometimes when things are a little tough or kids are feeling anxious, they want something to hold, to put under their pillow or pop in their pocket to remind them they are not alone, to stay calm or focussed and to hold them firmly in their base.
Crystals have always been attractive to children and easy to work with. They connect us to the higher energies, providing protection, grounding and a feeling of security just by holding these smooth little carriers of light in a small hand.
Over the past few years we’ve all worked harder and higher – including our children – experienced the darkness as well as the light, and as parents many of us have been focussing on tools for our kids which can support and just help them get through the day.
Here at Elements of Health we love our WyldChyld Essences – we are probably a bit biased – but we know how well they work from feedback our clients and customers provide us with.
We wanted to offer them in a different way, in a more tangible form, and we were inspired to rethink how we can offer the energy of an esoteric remedy or essence.
We thought about pendants, but that doesn’t always work for kids, and we felt it needed to be something a little bigger with a softer form and a more comfortable feel.
We wanted something small and portable, that they could pop in a pocket or under a pillow. Something where you could focus a specific energy you felt they needed to resonate with and that was gentle and comforting as well.
Inspiration always comes when you put the intention out there and the inspiration came clearly and fully formed and we moved surprisingly quickly to find the perfect carrier for the energy we wanted to share.
We selected these cute little Orgonite Hearts as the perfect repository for the vibrational energy of your choosing.
Originally our Orgonite Hearts came in clear quartz and rose quartz, but as time has gone on and the world has changed, we’ve upgraded the clear quartz for fluorite, which follows the changing energies.
Despite its ancient origins, we’re only just starting to fully understand the potentially unique qualities of orgonite.
Orgonite is formed from a mix of 50% resin and 50% metals and quartz. The elements contained in orgonite are constantly attracting and repelling energy. This process, paired with the vibration of the crystals, cleans stagnant and negative energies, bringing back a healthy, vibrant state.
To get a little bit technical, the natural quartz crystals contain piezoelectricity. This basically means that when crystal is put under pressure, it produces an electrical charge. In orgonite, it is under that pressure all the time and that is one of the many reasons why it may help reduce electromagnetic pollution.
This type of pollution is caused by the devices and appliances that surround us; things like mobile phones, laptops, WiFi, power lines, even electrical appliances.
The most likely reason that orgonite is now becoming so popular is because electromagnetic pollution is increasing and can potentially affect our health.

From a homeopathic perspective Rose Quartz helps where there is a reluctance in incarnating and at being here, and this is something we may consider where a child is super sensitive emotionally or to their environment. It increases personal expression and creativity and gives protection; physical, mental and psychic.
It’s another of the cleansing remedies/crystals for all forms of radiation, chemicals, v*x and generally helps clear the system.
Firstly, we cleansed the Orgonite Pocket Rocks of all debris accumulated through handling and travel using sunlight, an incense bundle, and intention.
Then we attuned them all to the Spirit Chakra, the ninth chakra in the thirteen chakra system*.
This is the point which allows us to more easily contact our spirit guides, guardian angel, the angelic realms and our higher self. This chakra opens us more fully to our higher guidance, to receiving inspiration and insight from our guides, and brings more creativity into our lives. This is going to aid in anxiety with a collective of support present at all times.
During this attunement we also tuned the hearts to the vibration of three of the Solfreggio frequencies RE, LA, MI** which resonated with higher purpose.

What is the Spiritual Meaning of a Spiral
These notes are a general guide.
Homeopathy is not an exact science and while we can offer general suggestions as to how to give the remedies, each case will be a little different in terms of how often a remedy may be required to bring about improvement.
With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.
Do read the individual directions on each product (both on the label and in the How to Use in the product description) to ascertain whether usage differs to the suggestions here.
Our products are made up according to traditional homeopathic pharmacy protocols and include a small amount of pure alcohol as a preservative. You can read the FAQ here on alcohol in remedies.
For newborns, if you do not wish to put the drops in the mouth, you may apply to the soles of the foot or the top of the head. You can also purchase drops and add a spray top to your order, so that you can spray the remedy onto the soles of the feet. The remedy will work just as well whichever way you use it.
Babies under 6 months – 1 drop or 1 spray
Babies 6-12 months – 2 drops or 1 spray
12 months and above – 4 drops
Give 1 or 2 pilules per dose regardless of age.
Crush between 2 clean teaspoons if you are giving to a baby and you are uncomfortable with giving whole.
Sometimes the pilules can look wet. This is due to the nature of the organic sucrose. The alcohol – which is the remedy applied to the pilules – will evaporate off as you use your remedies. They should not stick together and this does not affect the effect of the remedies.
Homeopathy is about quality, not quantity!

With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.
If you have selected a single tissue salt remedy or a combination, the general suggestion is to take three times a day for up to three months (as per Dr Schuessler’s advice). However, we would expect you would see improvement much sooner than this, likely as soon as a couple of weeks. If you have taken for one month with no obvious difference, choose another tissue salt or consult your homeopath.
10g pilules: approximately 110 pilules
30ml drops: approximately 120 doses at 4 drops per dose
50ml drops: approximately 200 doses at 4 drops per doses

The dose for your Harmonic is generally 7 drops but it’s not set in stone.
You can take the drops straight on the tongue, put into a water bottle and sip, or rub onto the crown of the head, pulse spots, soles of the feet, etc.
Don’t be concerned if you find yourself working through the whole set. We all have much work to do and you will know what is appropriate and when. Embrace the process.
Keep a diary! It can be insightful to see what happens with the Soul Harmonics.
While you could combine Soul Harmonics, they are not designed to be used in this way as they are complete in themselves.
