We retail this simple homeopathic product through some of our chiropractic associates to support children having lip, tongue, cheek ties lasered.
Both Arnica and Chamomilla as single remedies assist with recovery and healing and helps pain management in small children.
Putting them together makes for a simple solution at times like this for little kids.
We also have an alternative Surgery Support combination which includes those remedies traditionally indicated to assist with healing and to promote recovery after any type of surgery, including caesarean, dental, and similar. The remedies have been chosen for their application to support mild shock, bruising, bleeding, general trauma, healing and to help keep the recovery process on track. The Surgery combination also contains remedies to assist with the occasional side effects of anaesthetic.

These notes are a general guide.
Homeopathy is not an exact science and while we can offer general suggestions as to how to give the remedies, each case will be a little different in terms of how often a remedy may be required to bring about improvement.
With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.

Our products are made up according to traditional homeopathic pharmacy protocols and include a small amount of pure alcohol as a preservative. You can read the FAQ here on alcohol in remedies.
For newborns, if you do not wish to put the drops in the mouth, you may apply to the soles of the foot or the top of the head. You can also purchase drops and add a spray top to your order, so that you can spray the remedy onto the soles of the feet. The remedy will work just as well whichever way you use it.
Babies under 6 months – 1 drop or 1 spray
Babies 6-12 months – 2 drops or 1 spray
12 months and above – 4 drops
Give 1 or 2 pilules per dose regardless of age.
Crush between 2 clean teaspoons if you are giving to a baby and you are uncomfortable with giving whole.
Sometimes the pilules can look wet. This is due to the nature of the organic sucrose. The alcohol – which is the remedy applied to the pilules – will evaporate off as you use your remedies. They should not stick together and this does not affect the effect of the remedies.

With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.
If you have selected a single tissue salt remedy or a combination, the general suggestion is to take three times a day for up to three months (as per Dr Schuessler’s advice). However, we would expect you would see improvement much sooner than this, likely as soon as a couple of weeks. If you have taken for one month with no obvious difference, choose another tissue salt or consult your homeopath.
10g pilules: approximately 110 pilules
30ml drops: approximately 120 doses at 4 drops per dose
50ml drops: approximately 200 doses at 4 drops per doses

Our homeopathic remedies and kits are suitable for the management of self-limiting and minor ailments and illnesses and not for the home treatment of chronic, ongoing or serious conditions or named diseases. Our Arnica/Chamomilla 30c combination is suitable for supporting a child who will undergo laser therapy for lip, cheek or tongue tie and similar procedures, and helps with recovery and pain relief.
Arnica – For bruising, shock, bleeding, pain relief.
Chamomilla – child may be unsettled and inconsolable due to pain.
Give twice on the day before the procedure to prime the system.
Then give 3 or 4 times a day until symptoms have settled, up to one week.
1 drop for under 6 months of age
2 drops for under 12 months
4 drops for over 12 months
Drop inside the bottom lip and away from any wound.
If that’s not possible, you can drop on the crown of the head or the wrists and it will work the same.
Homeopathic remedies work in a different way to pharmacy medicines and interaction is not an issue.
If pain persists and other pain relief is required, give as per the directions on the bottle.
Check with your surgeon, GP or homeopath, as appropriate, if you have any questions or concerns.
Much like many pharmacy medicines, alcohol is a necessary inclusion as a preservative and also as an integral part of the action of a homeopathic remedy, ie how it works.
The alcohol in our remedies is as low as permissible (10% grape alcohol, 5% brandy) and the dose (see below) is tiny.
To maintain the integrity of the product, do ensure that if the dropper touches the mouth, it is rinsed in boiling water before returning to the bottle.
If it is deemed necessary to reduce the alcohol further, you may do so as follows.
