This kit came out of the covid years and we all know there’s still a lot of unusual and yucky viral illness around.
Combination remedies can be good and are really easy to use, but sometimes you just need a single remedy to do the work all on its own. This kit is a mix of what has been most useful and will no doubt still be useful moving forwards, as despite names and labels the symptoms we get are often pretty similar each year.
The remedies in this kit are mainly in the 200c potency because we found over the years since 2020 we just seem to need a bit more energy to get things on the mend. We and our colleagues saw the difference between using a 30c and a 200c due to the very acute nature of the symptoms people were and still are experiencing.

The inclusions are based on discussions with colleagues around the globe about the most indicated remedies over the time, what we’ve used in clinic and actually what’s been traditionally used for the past 200 years of supporting people through the kinds of things winter and travel can bring.
TGA regulations prohibit us from “treating” or “preventing” certain conditions! However, homeopathy has always supported the whole person and whatever ails them. We treat the person, not the disease!
Since homeopathy treats the person, not the disease or diagnosis, the remedies which came in our original C9 pack created in 2021 are also your cold and flu remedies, similar to when you’d reach for over-the-counter medications to help sooth and settle early symptoms and promote recovery.

Homoeopathic medicines have not been known to produce side effects and can be taken in conjunction with pharmaceutical medications as they are not contraindicated.
The book Homeopathy for the Home Prescriber which is available in the store, can be a good further source of information on the single remedies. This great little book contains more info as it’s not as heavily regulated as we are in relation to what we can post on the website!!

Supplied in 10g sucrose, approximately 110 pilules per glass vial.

Homeopathy is not an exact science and while we can offer general suggestions as to how to give the remedies, each case will be a little different in terms of how often a remedy may be required to bring about improvement.
With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.
Do read the individual directions on each product (both on the label and in the How to Use in the product description) to ascertain whether usage differs to the suggestions here.
Our products are made up according to traditional homeopathic pharmacy protocols and include a small amount of pure alcohol as a preservative. You can read the FAQ here on alcohol in remedies.
For newborns, if you do not wish to put the drops in the mouth, you may apply to the soles of the foot or the top of the head. You can also purchase drops and add a spray top to your order, so that you can spray the remedy onto the soles of the feet. The remedy will work just as well whichever way you use it.
Babies under 6 months – 1 drop or 1 spray
Babies 6-12 months – 2 drops or 1 spray
12 months and above – 4 drops
Give 1 or 2 pilules per dose regardless of age.
Crush between 2 clean teaspoons if you are giving to a baby and you are uncomfortable with giving whole.
Sometimes the pilules can look wet. This is due to the nature of the organic sucrose. The alcohol – which is the remedy applied to the pilules – will evaporate off as you use your remedies. They should not stick together and this does not affect the effect of the remedies.
Homeopathy is about quality, not quantity!

With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.
If you have selected a single tissue salt remedy or a combination, the general suggestion is to take three times a day for up to three months (as per Dr Schuessler’s advice). However, we would expect you would see improvement much sooner than this, likely as soon as a couple of weeks. If you have taken for one month with no obvious difference, choose another tissue salt or consult your homeopath.
10g pilules: approximately 110 pilules
30ml drops: approximately 120 doses at 4 drops per dose
50ml drops: approximately 200 doses at 4 drops per doses
